Discuss a pilotETIKA was launched in Kyiv in 2022, shortly before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The war forced founder Mila Bozhenko to leave her home and rebuild her life in Switzerland—but not to abandon ETIKA. From Switzerland, she continued developing the brand while ETIKA’s production team kept working in Kyiv. The brand still connects contemporary design and market development in Switzerland with Ukrainian craft and production in Kyiv.
